In our experience a concrete 8×4 m pool usually falls between €25,000 and €45,000, depending on site access, ground type, finish and equipment. Treat that as a planning range — only a site visit gives a real figure.
From first contact to a filled pool, allow 3 to 6 months including council licensing. The construction itself normally takes 6 to 10 weeks.
It depends on the structure. Targeted repairs fix cracks and loose tiles when the structure is sound. A reinforced liner waterproofs over the old finish and cures chronic leaks. A rebuild is only justified by structural problems or a change of shape.
Do the bucket test: fill a bucket with pool water, stand it on a step and mark the level inside and outside. After 24 to 48 hours without using the pool, if the pool dropped more than the bucket, you have a leak.
Yes. We do regular maintenance with water testing and balancing, cleaning and equipment checks, and send a photo report after every visit.
