If you manage villas for owners who live abroad, your problem isn't a shortage of suppliers. It's not knowing whether they'll turn up, whether they'll communicate, and whether they'll make you look bad in front of your client.
What we do for you
- One contact across several trades — plumbing, painting, pools and small building works, instead of managing four separate suppliers.
- We attend and photograph — we go out, record the problem and send you the photos before any work starts.
- A written quote — scope, labour and materials, so you can forward it to the owner without having to explain anything.
- A completion report — before and after photos, in English and Portuguese.
- Small jobs accepted — the call-outs the bigger contractors don't want.
- Cover — for when your usual contractor isn't available.
How we start
We're not asking to go straight onto your preferred supplier list. Start us with something small — an end-of-winter check, an urgent repair, a repaint before the season. Judge us on that.
When we're most useful
- January to March — end-of-winter checks, damp, painting and repairs before the season.
- March to May — pool openings, villa preparation, small visible repairs.
- June to September — emergencies and work that doesn't disturb guests.
- October to February — larger works while the houses are empty.
